Azets appoints new Managing Director in Sweden
Azets, the international advisory, outsourcing, and compliance Group, today announces the appointment of Carolina Brandtman as Managing Director of Azets Sweden, effective 1 September 2024.
Carolina has vast experience in multinational banking and fintech, with a track record of delivering significant commercial growth for each of her previous businesses. She was CEO at GE Money Bank, overseeing a transformation of the business and its merger with Santander.
Carolina subsequently led payment solutions business Qliro to becoming a fast-growing standalone tech business listed on the Nasdaq.
As Managing Director for Azets Sweden, Carolina will continue to build Azets’ strong reputation in the Swedish market, with a focus on enhancing its advisory services to help growing businesses and their owners in Sweden achieve their ambitions.
Carolina replaces June Mejlgaard Jensen, who was Managing Director of both Azets Sweden and Azets Denmark. Carolina’s appointment enables June to focus solely on Azets Denmark as Managing Director, with the same emphasis on developing Azets’ advisory business and delivering value-added services to Danish clients.

Carolina has lived and worked in Ireland and Australia. She is a board member at digital magazine subscription service provider Readly and chairing Right by Me, a non-profit organisation focusing to increase societal inclusion for marginalized youth through experience and sports-based learning methods.
